25th January 2012 We are pleased to announce that we can now offer the opportunity for students to record their own CD. As an introductory offer and for the fixed sum of £35.00, students will be able to record a song of their choice and have it professionally mixed and mastered and put onto a CD. This will be carried out by Stuart MacPherson who graduated with a Degree in Sound Production. Recordings will be done at Stuart's studio in the first instance. If any students are interested please let us know and we will organise this with Stuart for you. Apart from letting you see what is involved in this level of recording, you will have a CD which we are sure your friends and family would love to hear! 25th November 2011 As Grey Row Studios continue to expand, we are pleased to announce that we have taken on an additional guitar tutor. Grey Row Studios officially opens their new premises at Huntingtower today! We are very excited about the move and hope that all our existing students and new students enjoy their lessons with us at our new and improved music studios. Photos will be on our website very soon!

Grey Row Studios is extremely pleased to announce that we will shortly be moving to new larger premises. Our new location will be Bencloich, Crieff Road which is opposite The Glover Arms and Dobbies. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Grey Row and have tried very hard to find a location which matches its ambiance while also satisfying all of the following criteria:
· Has the same rural outlook as Grey Row
· Is slightly closer to Perth city centre
· Is easier to access from Perth and surrounding areas
· Is preferably on a bus route
· Has good access for dropping off/ picking up students
· Has an additional music studio
· Has all studios with better sound insulation
· Has ability to continue Grey Row Studios expansion
We believe that we have found the perfect spot!
Bencloich overlooks Huntingtower Castle and is set in its own grounds on a main road with bus stops close by (Stagecoach route 13, 14, 15 A/ B outside and routes 9 and 10 only a short walk away). We will have three studios at the rear of the premises all built with excellent sound insulation and there is an area right in front of the house and on the main road that can allow up to 4 cars to drop off/collect students for their lessons in complete safety at a time (longer term parking is available nearby). We will be moving into our new premises around June / July this year. Our business name and all contact details will remain exactly the same. We are looking forward to inviting our students, both new and existing, to our new home.

Due to continuing expansion, Grey Row Studios is currently looking for additional tutors. We have immediate positions for a piano tutor and a vocal tutor, with our ideal candidate being someone who is motivated, keen, friendly and patient. Our students range in age from 5 years to 70 years and we pride ourselves in providing top quality tuition in a truly unique environment for each of them to progress.

The busiest times at Grey Row Studios are after school (3:30 - 9pm). However, we are able to teach certain instruments from 1pm on Tuesdays - Fridays for anyone (perhaps those older than school age), who might have always wanted to play an instrument when they were younger but never had the chance. Why not come along and try it out!
